Specification — organization of the procurement process from request for a commercial proposal, approval of samples of materials with the Customer, verification of articles and to delivery and installation of items approved by the Customer at the facility.
- Visits to showrooms to select finishing materials and furniture, appliances, lighting, textiles and decor, in accordance with the project.
- Organization of samples for the facility.
- Replacement of the item with an alternative solution, in case of its absence.
- Communication with suppliers, issuing invoices/contracts from them. Control over the fulfillment of deadlines from their side.
- Collection of all documentation (invoices/receipts/contracts) for the entire period of assembly
- With calculation of the total budget spent, with subsequent transfer to the customer. If necessary, you can easily replace the item that is out of order by finding the required invoice and name or article in it.
- Acceptance of material at the site, checking for visual compliance and integrity, quantity.
- Collaboration with the joinery designer, development of internal content, checking of all drawings. Visits for rough and final measurements with the surveyor. Selection of material and color.
