Integrated implementation management
A personal manager is assigned to your facility, who is responsible for:
- Support at all stages of implementation: purchases/deliveries/installation.
- Drawing up a schedule of deliveries to the facility and contractors' exits, in accordance with the construction work schedule.
- The project manager monitors deadlines and coordinates everyone, and also corresponds with the customer and suppliers.
- Resolves issues regarding complaints.
- All issues related to the management company are resolved by the project manager.
- And also ensuring constant Internet access at the facility before its delivery.
- Organizing garbage removal (if necessary).
- Issue passes.
